Maskbook

Launched in 2015 by Art of Change 21 and implemented with UN Environment, Maskbook is the first creative project on the link existing between health, pollution and climate.

Maskbook is a one-of-a-kind collaborative and worldwide piece of art which offers EVERYONE a means of participating in the protection of the environment by promoting creative ecological ideas and solutions. It also includes a great mobile app to create e-masks.

From Beijing in China, to Nairobi in Kenya for UNEA2, Quito in Ecuador for Habitat III and Daegu in South Korea, more than 50 workshops and exhibitions have already been held and have involving thousands of people.

Maskbook flips the potentially worrisome image of the mask to make it a means of expressing of expressing everyone’s creative originality alongside their ecological solutions.

For COP22, exhibitions and Maskbook workshops will be organized in the Riad Yima, in the Green Zone and in Café Clock, in partenership with UN Environment and the Schneider Electric Foundation.

Créée en 2015 par Art of Change 21 et développée avec l’ONU Environnement, Maskbook est la première action créative sur le lien santé, pollution et climat.

Maskbook est une œuvre d’art collective et internationale qui invite chaque personne à s’engager pour l’environnement et à s’exprimer de manière créative, en créant son portrait masqué.

De la Chine au Kenya, en passant par l’Equateur et la Corée du Sud, plus de 50 ateliers de création de masques et d’expositions ont déjà été organisés et ont rassemblé des milliers de personnes.

Maskbook renverse l’image potentiellement anxiogène du masque pour devenir le symbole des solutions de tous pour l’environnement.

A l’occasion de la COP22, des expositions et des ateliers Maskbook seront organisés au Riad Yima, à la Zone Verte et au Café Clock, en partenariat avec la Fondation Schneider Electric et l’ONU Environnement.
